Well...damn, I'm running really late today with not crawling out of bed til almost 7..and I still hurt on my right side but I think it's improved since last night..it's raining with high wind today so I may not be on the bike so I'll have to find something to keep me busy..I do have to cook the pork shoulder in the instant pot and I am looking forward to that...it's grocery run day and I have to hit three stores to get everything I need...too much food but I guess I'll live..good morning!
