As I straightened her left leg, she started to make a face. I informed the dispatcher on the phone. She told me to prepare to administer chest compressions. My blood pressure heightened.
Thankfully, the ambulance was coming in right behind me and a fire truck was shortly behind them.
She sat up and refused care. Even a bottle of water.
This weather is scary dangerous. I hope this woman is well.
