As far as splicing, submarine swaps, and using lightning to obfuscate on chain footprint goes, I don't know how well it compares to whirlpool/coinjoin/payjoin.
I like to think the way I use lightning in conjunction with utxo management offers me excellent privacy on chain, however I'm not sure how rock solid my ip address obfuscation is.
