Sometimes there's a thing that I feel anxious is going to be unpleasant, so I put it off, I put it off for a really long time because I think when I finally do it it's going to be awful, and then finally when there's no time left I finally try to do the thing, and what I discover is that it is completely awful, I was right and my anxiety was extremely rational and the actual experience is terrible
