Insurance is designed to work against us. Had a long talk with my Ortho this morning. He was telling me about how incompetent they are. Rarely look at other records, just what's in front of their face at the time, then deny it reflexively.
He said they were delaying a response, and it would likely be a week and a half before we heard back about going forward. so I said just give it to me at the cash price. I'm not waiting for these morons to make the obvious choice. waiting would cost me any chance of doing the race.
