Ever heard the phrase "you are known by the company you keep"?
It applies to cops, too.
They keep company with some of the worst people in society. And then they are known by that association.
I keep hearing about how there are some "good cops", but I don't hear about them *doing anything to fix their police departments*. So that makes me wonder just why they qualify as "good".
