Obligatory pics of #Thanksgiving spread, and a close-up of the heweled Persian rice from Diana Henry's latest book --- which turned out amazing, even without the saffron (which is virtually impossible to get here, in-store -- US Midwest woes).

Other dishes include: green bean almondine, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies with ras el hanout. Sort of a last minute menu, maybe missing one fresher dish, but everything was great. #cooking
