You can exercise every hour of the day, but if you don't stop eating as much, forget it. Shutting your mouth is the only true way you'll EVER lose weight. Training yourself to just eat less is the key. It ain't easy that's for sure. But it works. The body is a great calculator. Calories in had better be equal or less than calories out, or you're gaining weight.
