Next legal problem I have to deal with is not one for Neil. We have a ginnel next to our house where we are legally obligated to allow access.

But we will need to put scaffolding up to get the wall repointed and that will block access. There is a way in from the other side, and generally that's the way people use. No-one's going to complain about it but... technicalities.

That's for another day though. Can't afford to get it done yet anyway.
