I'm someone who *must not* catch covid, so I'm still wearing masks when out and staying home a lot. Fortunately I'm an introvert anyway, and I enjoy gardening and managing my cats and chooks.

My only family are nieces who live in another state. So most of my social contact is via social media. I'm more likely to find people with similar interests here on Mastodon than in the "real world". People my age seem to talk endlessly about their grandchildren and their trips in their 4wds and I have neither.
