Hi, Keychat updates the encryption key for each message and deletes it once used. Even if a relay retains the ciphertext, no one can decrypt it again.
Regarding meta-data privacy, the sending address and receiving addresses in Keychat messages are almost disposable, continuously updating the sender and receiver addresses for each message without using the user’s ID.
