Trudged the 2km back from the markets today with a huge trolley of stuff for Xmas (and Sydney trip next week), including a big bag of apricots for the #Vacola... only to discover I don't have enough of the right sized rubber rings. Anyway, 3 small bottles now simmering away. Probably just as well, in case I muck it up... I'm a vacola virgin. Exciting.
