Well, if they're not rich then they've nothing to worry about have they.... as I understand it for a married couple passing on a farm they can pass on £3mn.... and if its larger than that they still get a reduced rate & ten years to pay.

So if they're not rich, they're not impacted - if their farms are worth £3m + then they're a lot richer than me (a lot!)
