So I'm finally starting to sleep a little better. I started using a cpap machine in early April, so that's about 5 months. I still wake up a lot at 3AM, but I can usually fall to sleep within an hour. Not all the time, more often than I used to. Considering I haven't slept well since having severe covid in late 2020, I'll take any progress.
What's funny about all this is that because I'm spending more time in REM, I'm dreaming more--so I wake up not knowing what's real.
