Made some new tofu that was subpar. It was an exploratory array of seasonings that tasted like…Mediterranean BBQ?
The tofu itself was typical: corn starch and salt, fried crispy. But the glaze was paprika, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and garlic powder in agave syrup. Sweet and spicy. But a little weird.
Anyway, I fed my family. No one went to bed hungry. 🤷🏻♂️
