SSO is kind of broad term and i don't know which types are supported by FreeIPA and Keycloak and if there are any differences.
But Keycloak is basically just connecting to your LDAP server (either OpenLDAP, FreeIPA or whatever) and that's it.
So if FreeIPA doesn't do what you need to adding Keycloak is not a big hassle.
