Good luck.. They're so fucking determined to hold onto human nature being purely nurture based, that even the mention of nature's effect makes them too emotional to function. If they had to address nature/nurture realistically it'd destroy too much of their worldview, you can sometimes chip away to it over time with the more logically minded ones.

Maybe appeal to their other interests? Like how feminists started a civil war when adult males started raping them in their sex segregated areas. Play them against themselves by using identity politics. I generally just argue for entertainment not conversion, there are very people I care about enough to try and help reach more rational positions. The last one was my best friend from uni who flipped on me and called me a racist for being against islamic pedophilia. I'm giving him another 2 or so years to calm down before I speak to him again after how that shit went lmfao.
