We are on an ophtho specific EMR. My opinion is that all EMR’s suck in some way shape or form. Some just suck less than others. Changing from one EMR to another is the second most time consuming thing for a practice to go through. We did it in 2018/19. The most time consuming is opening a brand new surgery center.
