It's not a full list because there are a bunch of manifests. It would be better to look at what's requested by the built APK to avoid missing anything since it could be spread across repositories not only separate files.
DivestOS integrates partial microG support with only the signature spoofing but you're incorrectly stating that it's the way it's used everywhere. What DivestOS does is unusual not the norm.
