A cop murdered a fireman on his wedding day in KC, for instance. But nationally, it appears the FD are more in a secondary, support role as the PD's lackeys. Really, City and State are also just lackeys of Homeland. The Lodge and Homeland, our "leadership" elected and unelected, visible and invisible, have irrational vendettas and hatreds for their population still burning. Why? Probably class war is at the root. I might ask you: you know how the police identify with the rich even though they are not the same class as the rich? Isn't that true of firemen? They think they are the men who fire, like the rich boss. The FD identifies with the plutocrats and wealthy cabal just like the police with false consciousness. The FD is also pyramid.
