Starting my day super healthy....as always 😅🤗💚 Also did some stretching...My dog doesn't want to go out yet... She hasn't gone out for over 22 hours now... Traumatized by all the fireworks. Luckily this morning it has stayed quiet outside and hopefully I can convince her that she is safe. It's sad that humanity has so little empathy. Imagine how the birds and other wild animals feel...
