I mean look at what happened under Yeltsin. The whole economy got sold off to Jews. The murder rate shot up to almost 50. AIDS became an epidemic. It'll take another century to recover from that.
The war is only killing a fraction of the people that died due to a life expectancy that collapsed to 55 under Yeltsin. A suicide epidemic etc.
