I recently hear some people using the term "UX" to mean the "coolness" of the visual design only. That might be what this poster means. I remember seeing an auto reviewer flipping through the dashboard screens of a new car so fast he couldn't possibly read any of the buttons but oohing over the flashy graphics and crowing "look at that UX!"
