In my past, I consumed an unhealthy amount of alcohol on a daily basis. I'm clean since 2018. I'm quite resilient so I don't mind when others drink when I am around. I can also go to the pub (but that's a bit boring). One thing that is crucial to me is that I have an alternative to unwind from everyday life. This can be going to the sauna, playing computer games, chatting with friends on mastodon/discord or this can be coding in my spare time in feelgood-projects.
