everything is an algo, including timeline. Prompt to get notes is a really interesting concept, perhaps not yet doable but I bet soon it will be.
What it requires is indexing a bunch of content, and Vertex can help because it gives indexers a powerful heuristic for knowing what to consider: the author's reputation.
It also can be used to provide safeguards agains AI allucinating and recommending awful content. Whatever the AI recommends for the prompt gets filtered, excluding npubs whose reputation (in respect to the requester) is too low.
