I know a lot of people who are anti-choice. Who only vote Republican because they're anti-choice and that matters so much to them they'll put up with a lot of stuff they dislike. But I also know they will think it's crazy if they're not allowed to use contraception or IVF or whatever. And they're so used to getting their way lately that I can't imagine they'll just sit back and deal with it. But who knows anymore.
