Am I crazy? (no.) Or is it the world around me? (Maybe. I don't have the data. It sure seems odd though.) In any event, the bottom line is that I personally can't take seriously the behavior of the masses as an indicator that it's all going to be alright. I've read history. It is not going to be alright. Whatever the future holds— I have no crystal ball —it sure seems like the options range from bad to worse.
