the Friday food pantry was closed due to Trump's interference with US food aid, and I missed the Saturday one today because I had dough taking too long to rise and had to babysit it. the timing was exactly wrong. I should have left the dough to blow out and made foccacia with it, but what's done is done, and there are no more food pantry days til next Friday.
