How's this for screwy? I contacted the local power company where I'm moving about having the electricity turned on. Cool, fine, everything went smoothly, no complaints.
But then I realized the screwy thing that happened. I'm NOT renting, so they DON'T want a deposit. So if I had been renting, I would have had to pay a deposit? It cost you more to have electricity if you are renting?
To me, that is screwy.
