If you learn one thing today, make it that screws (and drivers) marked with a little eight pointed cross are NOT “Phillips Head”. They are “Pozidrv”. Phillips will slip, because it was designed to slip in the days before clutched drivers. Pozidriv¹ won’t slip and if you use the proper driver (again with the eight pointed tip), you won’t ruin the screw head.
