first, I never trust corporate marketing. All they know how to do is lie. Still it could have because in it, I guess. My understanding though is they are one of two companies trying to bring smeat into mainstream to replace natural meat. Their big breakthrough on getting it to taste like meat was the addition of hemoglobin. The goal is not a product for vegetarians, but rather to reduce our dependants on cattle farms and their impact.
