Mental "issues" are often misunderstood and overdiagnosed. Whether you have a permanent condition or not, it's better to see it as a feature rather than a flaw. The key is to adapt to your environment and figure out how to survive and thrive within your unique circumstances.

The rules of life are the same for everyone—regardless of whether you have one leg, one arm, one eye, or any mental condition. Your task is to experiment throughout your life to find what suits you best. And once you find it, keep searching for even better ways to grow.

God won’t help you if you just sit around complaining that you can’t succeed because you have fewer limbs or because someone gave you a diagnosis that, most of the time, doesn’t really matter.

I often meet other people who have it who seem to think it’s a bad thing or feel ashamed of it.

Which i don’t relate to at all because I love being ADHD. It’s my superpower.

I remember getting diagnosed when was like 7 and they couldn’t figure out if I was retarded or a genius. Then the results came back and they were like turns out he’s a retarded genius lol

The key when you have ADHD is to only do things that interest you and not spend a single second doing things that don’t interest you.

I let other people do that shit… wife, business partners, lawyers, accountants etc…

If you have an ADHD brain you have a superpower that others don’t have.

The ability to lock in on something with hyper focus.

Other people don’t have that.

That’s rare.

Don’t give up your rare thing in order to do average boring mundane bullshit.

Let the neurotypical’s handle that.
