A day's worth of prototypes (and sub-millimetre adjustments), I now have this replacement #3DDesign for the back toolhead cover of the XPlus-3. I'm going to resin print it, because trying to work within the constraints I'm dealing with while _also_ considering FDM printability felt like an even bigger chore.
The magnets glue into the small holes, and then the larger ones receive M2.5 caps. Yes I had to special-order magnetic M2s to go in the original screw holes.
