Needed to dip into Verge comments to remind myself that EV stans are insufferable
(I should clarify that I don’t hate EVs as a concept but in practice for lots of people they’re untenable, and of course these EV stans just don’t get it and say it’ll all be fine. They’re the kind of people who will tell you to do one thing and when said thing blows up in your face they’ll be like “well then why did you do that, huh?”)
