I FINALLY OFFICIALLY GRADUATED!!! 🎉

Oh my goodness, what an absolute relief. Got official documents in digital form (and shareable) so I can begin next steps with my next uni.

And now the deep exhaustion that follows that immense relief. Aaaaahhhhh I am so relieved. Almost 2 months since my course ended. I’ve kept myself very busy to try to keep my mind busy during that time, but it means I’ve also been making myself exhausted in other ways.

Noticing that the mental processing of this massive life milestone is humongous! Been needing naps and sleep like never before. Nice to feel “normal” tiredness for a change, though, rather than usual ME/CFS fatigue that doesn’t reduce with sleep. I forgot how peaceful normal tiredness feels.
