You know how I know that mockery works? Because, unlike shaming, fascists hate it. Fascists desperately want to be loved by their victims, or at least feared. When you laugh at them, they are powerless.
Is this the only thing you should do to fascists? Not at all. We're long past the time when that was even close to true. But if all you have is laughter, use it.
