I'm not suggesting that politics don't matter. I agree that Bitcoiners should be engaged in the political process but there are serious limits to its effectiveness especially in corrupt societies. And to say that the need for bitcoin has nothing to do with the state is laughably wrong. It's so wrong its almost nonsensical. The rarity of the success of leaders like Bukele is proof that the legacy political process is mostly dysfunctional. It's not that other nations don't have leaders like him it's that those leaders are constantly cheated, thwarted, jailed and killed. The Kennedy's, Ron Paul, Jill Stein, Dean Phillips, Ramaswamy take your pick of good willed people who have tried to make a difference. The problem isn't the need for more good people in politics, the problem is a corrupt and broken system.
