I think youre right its meant to defuse anti communism away from Germany in order to prevent any resurgence of national socialism and perhaps create a fake opposition to communism. People who say globalism is supporting Ukraine don't realize the actual physical material support is really laughable compared to FDR lend lease. Something like 14 tanks are promised sometime late next year. One should be skeptical about America claim they support Ukraine
