I don't know what this is called but it started up in the late 90s. Got worse in the 2010s and for some reason it still has not gone away.
In my mind I call it "object chaos"
There are the found objects, especially visually arresting objects associated with working class professions, just enough out of date that no one will have them by accident.
There are the same shape different paint job sculptures.
No meaning.
