Has various useful features like custom url rewrite rules (useful to force old reddit or old wikipedia layout) and the ability to downrank or remove whatever domains you want. Plus various filters, like for specifically small websites/blogs or specifically for recipes.
Being paid (and still relatively small), it isn't compromised by advertising or other data collection.
