Chooks are marinated and in the oven for roasting along with lemon potatoes. Brussels sprouts have been roasted with garlic, EVOO and flaky salt. Tomatoes have been roasted. I am contemplating whether I actually NEED braised kale on the table. Also whether I need to make a cheesecake for dessert. Hmm.
