Anyone who has had a family member or someone you knew w/ dementia and/or Alzheimer's - suggestions needed on dealing with cursing and name-calling. I "know" that the person's brain loses the social filter and horrible language can come out very inappropriately, it's rough when certain words trigger outrage. Son is using the N-word and other names and hit a nerve today with our new part-time caregiver. It's been a rough day. We can't stop it - ideas? #Alzheimer #Dementia
