I took a few minutes to try and use Threads today. Even the name is annoying, it was hard. It made even the more interesting people I follow look boring, mainly because they probably always were. But we convinced ourselves that there was something of value to began by hanging on every word that a favorite journalist or pundit tweeted in the past. It was really mindless. And we’re going to do it all over again on a network even more toxic than Twitter was before Musk made it radioactive.
