Philosophy/imagination choose the direction, and math validates it.
Mathematical ability is overly valued though, when really imagining the universal principles is the precursor.
Just like software, where coding ability was overvalued… only now due to AI, people are starting to realize the importance of the “idea guy” more & more.
Imagination and intuition are more difficult to replace with mechanical automation. Perhaps this is the trade-off between machine and human consciousness.
Feeling out what the truth may be when you’re lacking information is about more than just math and code.
Philosophy is in the heart — beliefs pull us toward directions… and many of the ancient philosophers knew this intuitively — we’ve just convinced ourselves to be marveled by complexity instead.
In the end, when the principles fully reveal themselves, the math will be comprised of simple operations near anyone can learn.
