For the record I have thought that #neuralink was a huge grift since I first saw the sample recordings in 2019, and the nightmarish damage from implants described in the Wired piece demonstrate that even the one thing they actually invented, that robot that supposedly did very low impact implants, also was a fraud.

Sorry for the twitter link (havent rehosted my archive yet) but if you look closely at the sample data they presented, it looks like the probes were broken/bent or otherwise mechanically or electrically compromised
