In order to verify the NPUB1 key, you must have access to the corresponding NSEC1 key. You can then use the Diffie–Hellman Key Exchange equation to generate a new NPUB1 key using both the NPUB1 and NSEC1 keys. If the newly generated NPUB1 key matches the original, then the key is verified.
