Colorful beads were very popular in the early #medieval period, particularly during the 6th and 7th century. This necklace was found in the grave of a woman in Donaueschingen-Neudingen. It consists of more than 50 beads made of amber and glass.
Dating ca 525-550 AD.
Currently on display at THE hidden LÄND in Stuttgart.
