Not really but it could sound as if coming from a south American trying to make guttural English pronunciation.
We have our own called lunfardo. Same origins, street gangs, prisioners and lower class trying to invent a way of speaking against policemen.

Two pretty easy ways of modifying language to make it sound weird.
