As we continue to grow as a server, I’m thinking about setting up a dedicated account for posting all Gamepad.Club news and announcements. It would also be used for posting tips on getting the most from Mastodon.

I’d also set it up to be a default auto-follow for any new users, so they get a helpful start when joining the server. It wouldn’t replace the personal welcomes we give every new joiner, as I like that touch :)

Any thoughts?
