Was just watching one of those videos with someone giving the cops a hard time at a DUI checkpoint. There was this ex-cop in the comments section going on about how driving is a privledge and not a right. That may be, but being free to move about and travel without being detained to "show us your papers," unless suspected of a crime, absolutely is a right in the US.
